Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation. Report equipment faults and participate in troubleshooting. Prepare reagents and ensure proper specimen handling. Perform laboratory tests in accordance with approved procedures. Participate in internal and external quality control programs. Ensure compliance with quality assurance and infection prevention protocols. Analyze, interpret and validate laboratory results before reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and consumables. Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment. Requirements: Strict compliance to the requirements: will be adhered to: Must reside within NTA road or environs. Knowledge of laboratory quality management systems. 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience: (preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
