Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials. Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, hotel accommodation and car transportation. Analysing clients specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages or services. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations pertaining to tickets and hotels. Providing support to customers who may need to arnend or cancel a reservation. Reissuing and revalidating customer tickets Reaqurements 5 years work experience as a travel consultant Excellent of travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo a nd Sabre GDS Proficiency in English. Sales Skills. Customer relationship management skills. Basic computer skills such as Micrcsoft office package.
