Support the implementation and improvement of accounting and financial control processes. Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders and other procurement documentation. Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, comparing prices and maintaining supplier records. Maintain proper financial records, filing and supporting documentation. Manage petty cash and carry out basic bank reconciliations. Process and track supplier invoices and payments. Track procurement activities from request through delivery and payment. Record and track income, expenses, payments, purchases and receipts. Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax consultants when required. Prepare expense schedules, payment schedules and basic financial reports. Manage daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Support month-end accounting activities and financial reporting. Monitor and record project-related expenses and support project cost tracking. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering and PivotTables. Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Exceptional entry-level candidates with strong practical knowledge may also be considered. Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and excellent record-keeping ability. Experience: using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, Zoho Books, Xero or similar platforms. ICAN certification is required. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information. Salary N300,000 per month.
