We are seeking a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our consulting team in Lagos. This role is ideal forrecruitment professionals who is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment, and can combine strong candidate engagement with data-driven recruitment practices. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, profiles, and recruitment priorities. Support end-to-end recruitment for consulting, corporate, and specialist roles across the organization. Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and assess candidates against competency and role-specific criteria. Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience: throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates. Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels. Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. Stay informed about recruitment trends, talent-market developments, and emerging sourcing tools and techniques. Review CVs and applications against defined job requirements: and shortlist qualified candidates. Support reference checks, background verification, offer documentation, and pre-employment processes. Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify relevant skills, profiles, and candidate pools. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities. 1–3 years of experience: in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, HR, or a related field. Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Experience: recruiting for professional, consulting, financial services, technology, or other corporate roles is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with an ATS or recruitment platform is preferred. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
