The individual will also play a key role in business development, practice growth, thought leadership, and mentoring consulting teams. This position requires a commercially minded consulting leader capable of delivering end-to-end assignments while contributing significantly to the firm's revenue growth and market positioning. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Management Consultant to join our growing consulting practice. Key Responsibilities: Consulting Engagement Delivery: Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining service excellence. Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. Deliver end-to-end consulting engagements including diagnostics, strategy formulation, transformation planning, implementation support, and performance monitoring. Lead and manage consulting assignments from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget. Business Transformation & Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies that drive stakeholder adoption and business results. Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation programs. Support clients in organizational restructuring, operating model redesign, process optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, people, processes, and technology. Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct market, industry, competitor, and organizational assessments. Lead strategic planning engagements and support clients in translating strategy into execution. Monitor implementation progress and ensure realization of intended benefits. Develop business growth strategies, operational improvement plans, and transformation frameworks. Client Relationship Management: Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship development. Understand client priorities and proactively identify opportunities to create additional value. Builds trusted advisory relationships with senior executives through strong influence, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. MBA, Master's Degree, or other relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience: leading and delivering consulting engagements from proposal stage through execution and project closure.
