Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: No Experience Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Night Shift Applicant Location: Remote (Work From Home), Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems Provide professional and polite responses at all times Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, tracking, and oversight of client accounts Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues. Requirements: Candidates should meet at least 6 of the following requirements: Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call centre or a BPO. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. Experience using CRM tools Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Familiarity with IoT Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.
