The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, supervise recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and ensure vacancies are filled with quality talent within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities. Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Review candidate shortlists and support interview processes. Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
