We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: NYSC Customer Support Officer Location: Abuja (FCT) Purpose To provide excellent customer support by responding to customer enquiries/queries, following up on orders and deliveries, handling complaints, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Admin Coordinator with customer service-related activities as required. Receive, record, and collate all customer complaints and survey forms until resolved. Conduct post-delivery/customer follow-ups to gather feedback. Channel customer enquiries on products, prices, availability, and order status to the Sales Admin Coordinator. Escalate customer issues requiring sales, logistics, stock, or management attention. Respond to customer enquiries/queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups. Follow up on customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated via approved communication channels. Distribute and collect customer feedback forms. Qualification Requirements: B.A / B.Sc Degree / HND. Must have at least 10 months remaining in their service year. Must either have been deployed or be scheduled for deployment under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Nigeria at the time of application. Salary N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
