You'll be the technical and functional bridge between ISSL's engineering team and client operations staff, ensuring smooth go-lives and reliable day-to-day support. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of IntegraBanking at client sites: requirements: gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support Provide first- and second-line production support to existing bank/finance house clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering for escalations Configure core banking parameters (chart of accounts, product setup, interest/charges rules, workflow approvals) to match each client's operational requirements: Support CBN regulatory compliance rollouts (e.g., AML/CFT/CPF reporting features) at client sites Document implementation procedures, support tickets, and client-specific configurations Act as a trusted technical point of contact for client operations and IT teams.
