The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, engineering, and product teams, to enhance user experience, support product delivery, and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare innovation, digital transformation, product management, and health technology. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, development, testing, and deployment of digital health products and solutions. Gather and document user requirements: from clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and report bugs or product issues. Support product research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis. Prepare product documentation, user guides, and training materials. Assist in monitoring product performance and collecting user feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize digital workflows.
