Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: ‎Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels. ‎Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners. ‎Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms. ‎Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships. ‎Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies. ‎Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes. ‎Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. ‎Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth. ‎Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates. ‎Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments. ‎ ‎Requirements: ‎Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. ‎Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales. ‎Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses. ‎Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms. ‎Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth. ‎Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ‎Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities. ‎Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.
