The successful candidate will coordinate the activities of the design team, artisans, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders while maintaining clear communication with clients and management. The role requires a hands-on, organized, and results-driven individual who can manage multiple activities, solve problems, and ensure that projects move forward as planned. Responsibilities: and Duties Maintain proper project records and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, costs, and outstanding activities. Identify project risks, delays, or issues early and work with the relevant team members to resolve them promptly. Conduct regular site visits and monitor work progress, workmanship, safety, and adherence to approved designs and specifications. Maintain regular communication with clients, provide project updates, understand their requirements, and ensure concerns are properly addressed. Monitor project schedules, materials, costs, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. Ensure that project work, materials, finishes, and installations meet the company's expected quality standards and approved designs. Coordinate designers, artisans, contractors, suppliers, and other project personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement personnel to ensure materials and other project requirements: are available when needed. Ensure projects are properly completed, inspected, snagged, and handed over to the client. Plan, coordinate, and monitor interior design projects from inception to completion. Experience: / Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience: in project management, construction, interior design, fit-out, or a similar environment. Good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and site coordination. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Experience: managing interior design, renovation, fit-out, or construction projects will be an advantage.
