Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Follow up with leads generated from the company’s website, social media, advertisements, and other online channels. Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other approved platforms. Convert leads and online enquiries into confirmed orders and sales. Promote and recommend the company’s products based on customers’ needs. Respond promptly to product enquiries, pricing questions, and customer requests. Follow up consistently with interested customers who have not completed their purchases. Promote ongoing offers, discounts, new products, and campaigns to customers. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales. Assist customers throughout the online purchasing process where necessary. Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Comfortable making frequent sales calls and conducting customer follow-ups. Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
