We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Data Enumerator (DTM) Vacancy ID: VAC-69960 Location: Taraba Slot: 20 Duration: 6 months Overview of position Collect data and under the overall guidance of the DTM Program Officer, the technical supervision of the Senior Program Associate/ Project Assistant (Operations) and the direct supervision of the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for collecting data as part of the DTM mobility tracking, registration, flow monitoring points, surveys and among other tools and tasks. S/he will perform the under-listed functions, not limited to the following: provide support to relevant partners on data collection based on the DTM methodology and tools, following a pre-established schedule. S / he will work in close collaboration with the field teams and partners in the areas (s) s/he has been assigned to. Role objectives Collect data and provide support to relevant partners on data collection based on the DTM methodology and tools, following a pre-established schedule. Maintain high-grade quality work and accountability during data collection/ interviews and/or entries by ensuring integrity and credibility. Work in a composed, competent and committed manner and exercise careful judgment in meeting day-to-day challenges, including the flexibility to be deployed or redeployed on short notice deemed necessary Ensure respect, promote individual and cultural differences, encourage diversity, maintain high ethical standards, and act consistently with organizational principles/rules and standards of conduct. Promote effective partnership by collaborating with DTM partners in the field during data collection, including our client staff, to achieve shared goals and optimise results. Responsible for sending the information collected in the field to the Team Leader/ Project Assistant promptly and according to the standards and requirements: of the DTM program. Monitor and evaluate the DTM operations in the field and identify areas of improvement and enhanced efficiency. Carry out rapid registration, other assessments, and surveys where needed. Ensure confidentiality and ethical consideration in line with the our client data protection principles and the humanitarian principles of do no harm. Triangulating collected data based on DTM methodology with relevant partners.
