The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong operational, sales, and business development capabilities who can optimize business performance, improve customer experience, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure profitability across all business functions. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Sales Management: Drive revenue growth across physical and online sales channels Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention Lead promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships Monitor sales performance against targets and implement improvement initiatives Team Leadership & Performance Management: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews Lead, supervise, and mentor sales attendants, shop assistants, inventory personnel, and business development staff Set clear KPIs and monitor employee productivity Store Operations Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Oversee the daily operations of the physical store Optimize staff schedules to meet business demands Digital Sales & Online Operations: Ensure product listings remain accurate and inventory is updated promptly Coordinate online operations across the company website, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams to increase online conversions Monitor online order fulfillment and customer communication Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory movement and minimize stock losses Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonal patterns Coordinate timely procurement and replenishment activities Work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain optimal stock levels Financial Management: Monitor operational expenses and manage departmental budgets Prepare operational and profitability reports for management Recommend initiatives to improve profit margins Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally Improve customer satisfaction through continuous service enhancements Ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience: Ensure exceptional customer service across all sales channels Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The successful candidate will be evaluated based on: Inventory accuracy and stock management Online sales performance Team productivity and performance Operational efficiency Store profitability Revenue growth Business expansion initiatives.
