Meet monthly disbursement and collection targets. Maintain portfolio quality within acceptable PAR levels. Build relationships with market associations and community leaders. Identify and onboard SME clients for Carbon Business products. Conduct basic credit assessments for loan applicants. Submit daily activity reports via the BDO app. Follow all KYC/AML procedures for customer onboarding. Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to the team. Requirements OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales, microfinance, or field operations. Strong communication skills in English and a local language. Proficiency in using a smartphone. Willingness to work in the field daily. Must be based in Lagos. Nice to Have: Experience with mobile lending platforms. Knowledge of the local market territory.
