The Chief Operating and Finance Officer (COFO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and financial functions. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee production processes, supply chain management, quality assurance, and facility management. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry-specific regulations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of safety. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure reliable sourcing and distribution. Financial Management: Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop financial strategies to support growth, capital investments, and operational expansion. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments. Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance. Oversee accounting, audit, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Leadership & Strategic Planning: Lead, mentor, and develop operational and finance teams. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
