The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and providing strategic leadership across all business functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization. Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant to ensure exceptional service delivery. Represent the organization professionally at industry events, business meetings, and stakeholder engagements. Recruit, mentor, and develop employees while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hospitality, and regulatory standards. Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and hospitality management software. 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience: in hotel and restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior executive role. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated success in managing luxury hotels, resorts, or internationally recognized hospitality brands. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
