We are seeking an experienced Fractional Fundraising & Investment Partner to work closely with the Founder and leadership team to develop and execute our fundraising strategy. Role Responsibilities: Support strategic partnerships that accelerate growth. Develop and execute VivaFemini's fundraising strategy. Identify grant opportunities and support non-dilutive funding applications. Secure qualified investor introductions and meetings. Support investor presentations, fundraising materials, due diligence, and negotiations. Help position VivaFemini within the global HealthTech, FemTech, AI, and impact investment ecosystem. Identify and engage suitable investors, including: Grant organisations Strategic partners HealthTech/FemTech investors Family offices Venture Capital firms Angel investors Impact investors Build and manage an investor pipeline. Required Experience: We are looking for someone with demonstrable fundraising success. You must have: Proven experience: supporting or closing startup fundraising rounds, investments, or significant grants. Ability to independently create opportunities and drive fundraising conversations. Experience: with early-stage fundraising (Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A or similar). Existing relationships with investors, VCs, foundations, or funding organisations. Experience: in HealthTech, FemTech, Digital Health, AI, or emerging markets is highly desirable. Strong understanding of venture capital, impact investing, startup finance, and investor expectations.
