The Field Operator - Coiled Tubing is is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting coiled tubing equipment during well intervention and production enhancement activities. The role supports job execution by performing rig-up/rig-down operations, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and assisting in the delivery of efficient and high-quality coiled tubing services. The position also provides guidance to junior crew members and contributes to successful operational outcomes. Responsibilities: As a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for: Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Following established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on wellsite activity, performing basic duties at the wellsite and at the shop. Preparing equipment and working knowledge of the Permit to Work system prior to operations commencing. Assist in the preparation of risk assessments. Assisting in the preparation of reports for both onshore and offshore use. Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in Company manuals are always adhered to. Ensuring all functions are performed in accordance with Company safety and environmental procedures. Ensuring all environmental procedures are always adhered to. Attend Client QHSE meetings. Requirements: To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of High school diploma or equivalent Have at least 3 years experience: in Coiled Tubing as a Field Operator. Have general knowledge of basic oil and gas industry. Possess good mechanical aptitude.
