Support training needs analysis and employee development initiatives. Ensure HR records and documentation are confidential, accurate, and audit-ready Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision making. Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and remittances. Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects. Coordinate training programmes and track attendance, completion, and effectiveness. Maintain accurate employee, compensation, benefits, and HRIS records. Educational & Professional Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
