This is a unique opportunity. You'll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions. Responsibilities: Revenue Generation & Business Development: Own business line revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies to drive customer acquisition and transaction volumes. Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the mid-market and enterprise segments through outbound and inbound channels. Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline, ensuring healthy deal progression and accurate forecasting. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal execution. Manage opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and close. Customer Engagement & Solution Selling: Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand customer needs, payment challenges, and business objectives. Develop commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure customer onboarding and compliance requirements: are completed. Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations, positioning Duplo's solutions to address customer pain points and drive measurable business outcomes. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, financial institutions, fintech partners, and strategic stakeholders. Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for customer growth, retention, upselling, and cross-selling across Duplo's product suite. Address customer feedback proactively and collaborate internally to resolve issues, de-risk opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction. Reporting & Market Intelligence: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, pipeline health, customer portfolio, and market trends. Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline status, forecasting, and customer engagement activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, regulatory developments, and competitive activity, using insights to refine sales strategies. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience: selling to enterprise customers, financial institutions, fintech companies, or strategic partners. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders. Strong understanding of payment systems, settlement processes, and collections workflows. Experience: using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools, with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets within complex enterprise sales environments. 4–7 years of experience: in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Payments, SaaS, or Financial Services.
