Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Monitor inventory-related financial transactions where applicable. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations accurately. Assist with audits by preparing the required financial records and reports. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
