A Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing process, manages production teams, and ensures the efficient and timely production of goods in industrial or manufacturing facilities. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams. Monitor production processes and equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed. Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to production teams. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure compliance with production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
