Key Responsibilities: Support instructor selection, onboarding and readiness Identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvements Develop program delivery plans, calendars, assessments and student milestones Monitor the overall learner experience: and student feedback Track student attendance, performance, progression and completion Maintain quality assurance records and documentation Review and adapt curricula to align with learner and employer needs Prepare dashboards and reports on program and student performance Collaborate with internal teams and external training partners.
