Lead and manage the territory team to deliver strong performance in sales, inventory management, customer onboarding, and repayment collection. Ensure timely achievement of business objectives while fostering accountability and clear understanding of individual contributions to overall business performance. Drive the implementation of the company’s sales strategy within the assigned areato achieve customer acquisition and repayment targets. Build and develop a high-performing team through effective people management, coaching, training, and capability development initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless customer acquisition, product installation, activation, and adoption of company applications/services. Key Accountabilities Increase sale revenue: Preparing sales reports and submitting them to VP Community business. Attend sales team meetings on a periodic basis to communicate product strategies, upcoming objectives and exchange ideas on how to support partners to achieve their targets and promote products. Ensure expansions to align to the dimensioned number of active community partnerships. Conduct sales promotion activities within the assigned budget. Implementing sales goals and communicating them to Territory managers and Lumos Community Partners (LCP). Coordinate areasales activities and ensure synergy with other activities within and outside the department and contribute to developing and executing the state business plan. Follow up the sales figures against the set sales target on daily and monthly basis; provide recommendations for necessary actions. Drive premium subscription amongst customers joining Ensure prompt payment from customers and take necessary actions to minimize bad debts. Identify and formulate areasales strategies to help drive distribution across communities. Review sales operations in state ensuring operational objectives are accomplished, identifying trends, providing input into sales forecasting and ensuring optimum service levels are achieved and maintained. Formulate policies that will drive adoption of the product. Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills Relevant experience: in the telecom, microfinance, insurance, renewable energy, or FMCG industry is desirable. Proven work experience: in the power/energy industry A Master's in Business Administration would be an additional qualification Customer management experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related Social Sciences Proven track record in sales/ distributor account management Experience: working in multi-level marketing is an added advantage. 8 to 10 years of varied experience: in Sales & Marketing with at least 4 years at middle management level in supervising/managing others.
