The Student Success Specialist will play a crucial role in guiding enrolled students through every step of their academic journey, ensuring their active participation in course activities, and ultimately facilitating their successful completion of studies, culminating in the timely attainment of certificates. He/she willprovide comprehensive support and assistance to students, fostering engagement, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of student success initiatives. We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-orientedSpecialist, Student Success with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education: Department. Responsibilites Proactively engage with students to provide guidance and support throughout their learning journey, from enrollment to course completion. Gather feedback from students regarding their learning experience, course satisfaction, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this feedback to relevant departments for continuous enhancement of programs and services. Monitor student progress and performance, tracking completion of assignments, quizzes, and assessments, and identifying students who may require additional support or intervention. Analyze student performance data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement targeted interventions and enhancements. Maintain regular communication with students via email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and online forums to provide updates, reminders, and encouragement, and address any concerns or challenges they may encounter. Assist students with the onboarding process, including course introductions, and access to learning materials and resources. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes using the institution's student information system (SIS) or customer relationship management (CRM) platform, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Implement retention strategies to increase student retention rates, reduce dropout rates, and promote a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation. Offer guidance on academic policies, procedures, and resources; monitor students’ academic progress and identify potential issues or challenges. Connect students with relevant support services and resources, including academic advising, tutoring, technical assistance, and career counseling, to enhance their learning experience: and facilitate success. Educational and Professional Qualification(s) Bachelor’s Degree in educational management or any related field Must be adept in the use of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Possess theability to prioritize and accurately complete tasks, work independently and meet deadlines. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience: in administration and customer service within the educational management space. Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to contribute to the achievement of the Institution’s Development Plan and the institution’s strategic planning processes.
