Oversee the letting process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals. Requirements: Professional certification (IFMA, FMP, CFM, etc.) is highly preferred. 4-5 years of hands-on experience: in facility management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams and vendors. Experience: in Real Estate and Energy Management is a significant advantage.
