Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Forecast daily cash requirements: and execute daily financing decisions. Manage longterm and shortterm investment strategies. Determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance and undertake risk management activities to protect the Company’s financial wellbeing; Determine the Company’s tax position and the applicability of taxable/nontaxable instruments. Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted. Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions. Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities. Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling. Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes. Manage relationships with financial service providers and maintain positive working relationships; Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Smile’s requirements: and keep up to date with financial and industry developments; Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. Smile’s needs. Evaluate alternative longterm borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines. Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements. Evaluating the financial impact of new business ventures; Negotiating loan and overdraft terms with Company bankers; Providing advice on financial matters impacting the Company as a whole; Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise Preparations of monthly VAT, income tax, withholding tax and review complex tax returns Identify tax and business risks and mitigate these timely Manage and coordinate tax audits and determine the Company’s tax position and the applicability of taxable/nontaxable instruments Managing and supervising all aspects of cash flow, including optimizing all working capital and commercial cash flow. Manage day to day treasury operations for OpCo Manage the OpCo bank accounts, cash management and short term investments Develop and implement treasury systems project including reporting metrics and processes Develop and maintain policies and procedures within the department Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies Manage relationships with financial service providers and monitor bank service fees on all transactions. Review daily bank reconciliation against bank statement and general ledger Essential Skills Extensive experience: in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses. Experience: in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans. Experience: in presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/services.
