Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial and accounting records. Record daily income, expenses, payments, and transactions. Monitor students' school fee payments and outstanding balances. Issue and maintain proper receipts, invoices, and payment documentation. Assist with preparation and processing of staff payroll. Prepare periodic financial reports for management. Monitor school expenses and ensure proper documentation of expenditures. Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets. Perform bank and cash reconciliations. Identify and report financial discrepancies promptly. Maintain an organised filing system for financial documents. Support the preparation of accounts and other financial statements. Ensure financial information is handled with strict confidentiality. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective financial administration.
