The ideal candidate should have strong experience: in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, AI-powered marketing tools, and Meta Business Suite. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury fashion branding and the ability to develop visually compelling, engaging content that reflects the brand's identity, attracts the target audience, and drives engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales. Manage the brand's social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Create and oversee high-quality visual content for social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements while maintaining a premium luxury aesthetic. Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content creation, planning, customer engagement, and marketing processes. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Track and analyze social media performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer and brand partnership opportunities. Work closely with the creative and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication and messaging across all platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience: in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury brands. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media platforms, and digital advertising. Hands-on experience: with AI tools and automation platforms for content and marketing operations. Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and short-form video production. Excellent understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, visual communication, and audience engagement. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment. Salary N200,000 - 250,000 per month.
