Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with departmental heads to align departmental goals with overall corporate strategy. Monitor industry, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations. Support the planning and execution of strategy review sessions and retreats. Carry out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably considers necessary or proper in the interest of the Company, in your capacity as a Strategy Officer. Maintain accurate records of strategic plans, project timelines, and performance data. Assist in the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for management review. Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives against set objectives and KPIs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends. Support the development and implementation of the company's corporate strategy and business plans. Support in identifying business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management. Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and business cases for new projects and initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage. Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience: in strategy, business development, consulting, or a related role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to management. Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
