Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors. Develop and execute product, market, and client growth strategies. Drive revenue achievement, collections, and account profitability. Lead proposal development, client pitches, negotiations, and deal closure. Strategic Client & Account Management: Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership, capability development, and workforce transformation. Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or related discipline. MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage Learning Strategy, Curriculum Design, Training Needs Analysis, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Project Delivery 8–10 years' experience: in Learning & Development, Consulting, Corporate Training, Knowledge Management, or Professional Services, with demonstrated business development experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, learning technologies, CRM platforms, and business analytics tools.
