Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors. Develop and execute product, market, and client growth strategies. Drive revenue achievement, collections, and account profitability. Lead proposal development, client pitches, negotiations, and deal closure. Strategic Client & Account Management: Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership, capability development, and workforce transformation. Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
