Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the fuel station to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service delivery. Manage station staff including pump attendants, supervisors, and support personnel; ensure discipline, proper scheduling, and performance management. Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispensing of petroleum products in line with standard operating procedures. Monitor fuel stock levels, prevent product losses, and reconcile daily sales, cash, and inventory records. Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, NMDPRA regulations, and company policies. Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high standards of customer service. Liaise with depot, logistics, and head office teams to ensure timely product supply. Maintain station assets, equipment, and facilities in good working condition. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Ensure security of station premises, products, cash, and staff at all times. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in fuel station operations or retail management within the oil & gas downstream sector. Strong understanding of station operations, cash management, and inventory controls. Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements: in the downstream oil and gas industry. Proven leadership and people-management skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
