Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and enhance the overall performance of the Bank. Lead the execution of the Bank's corporate strategy through the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide governance and oversight for requirements: definition, solution delivery, UAT and implementation readiness for major enterprise products, systems, and solutions. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management by providing data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support high-level decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison between senior stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective delivery of initiatives. Mentor and develop strategy and business analysis team members, fostering capability development and knowledge transfer. Champion the Bank’s value proposition and competitive positioning strategies across products and services. Facilitate strategic workshops, executive meetings, and cross-functional sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution. Oversee evaluation of internal and external factors impacting profitability, sustainability, and market positioning. Prepare and present reports and dashboards to executive management, committees, and other governance forums. Manage and oversee strategic projects and programs, including project planning, prioritization, risk management, and performance monitoring. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies to support innovation and modernization efforts. Lead the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Bank’s corporate strategy in alignment with its vision, long-term objectives, and regulatory requirements. Conduct advanced market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic threats. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives tied to strategic objectives. Lead comprehensive business process reviews and transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital improvement while ensuring that ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value. Strengthen strategy execution frameworks, policies, and performance management systems. Ensure proper documentation, communication, and post-implementation evaluation of strategic initiatives and projects. Requirements: Education: / Professional Qualification: Minimum of a university Degree / HND in Statistics, Economics, or any related discipline from a reputable institution. An MBA or Master’s Degree in a related discipline is an added advantage Skills: Capacity to organize the members of a team efficiently to deliver desired results. Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc. Broad and farsighted view of the unit, organization, and its future.
