Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for medical operations. Oversee the delivery and quality of medical services to members. Lead medical utilization management and clinical oversight activities. Establish and monitor clinical and operational standards. Work closely with provider networks to improve quality and service delivery. Review and monitor clinical trends, utilization patterns, and medical costs. Provide clinical guidance on complex medical cases and operational issues. Collaborate with executive management and other departments on medical strategy.
