Position NV Broadcasting Limited as a leading multimedia platform in South-East Nigeria and beyond. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase revenue across radio, television, digital media, events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Build relationships with corporate organisations, government agencies, NGOs, development partners, advertising agencies, and media buyers. Lead negotiations for major advertising, sponsorship, and strategic partnership agreements. Identify new revenue opportunities including: Digital monetisation, Sponsored content, Events and brand activations, Corporate partnerships, Development-sector partnerships, Media production services, Grants and other commercial opportunities Take overall responsibility for achieving annual revenue and profitability targets approved by the Board. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Boss Radio, BizziBodi FM, and the emerging television operation. Coordinate activities across programming, news, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, digital media, and administration. Establish and monitor operational performance indicators. Improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilisation. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Staff Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and develop management and operational teams. Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, innovation, and high performance. Set performance objectives for departmental heads and key personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews. Identify training and development needs. Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development. Programming & Audience Growth: Strengthen programming quality, relevance, and audience appeal. Monitor audience feedback, market trends, ratings, and competitive positioning. Develop commercially attractive programmes capable of attracting advertisers and sponsors. Champion digital-first content and audience engagement strategies. Television Development: Lead the operational planning and rollout of the company's television platform. At least 4 years of senior management or executive-level experience: in broadcasting, media, television, radio, telecommunications, advertising, digital media, or a related industry. Strong understanding of the Nigerian media and broadcasting environment.
