Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director/CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to sales teams, identify new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of aggressive commercial objectives. As part of its strategic growth agenda, the Group is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Group Chief Sales Officer (GCSO) to lead enterprise-wide sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across its diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance management frameworks. Oversee enterprise key account management and customer retention strategies. Lead revenue generation initiatives across Oil & Gas, FinTech, Hospitality, Engineering, Agro-Allied, Project Management, Media, and Security businesses. Develop and execute a unified Group-wide sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate high-value commercial contracts. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales leadership teams across all subsidiaries. Represent the Group at industry events, investor meetings, and strategic engagements. Prepare periodic sales forecasts, commercial reports, and strategic recommendations for Executive Management and the Board. Collaborate with CEOs and business unit heads to maximize cross-selling opportunities within the Group. Drive business development and market expansion initiatives within Nigeria and selected international markets. Champion digital sales transformation, CRM adoption, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 15 years' progressive sales and business development experience, with at least 7 years in an executive leadership role. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience: leading sales within diversified organisations or multiple industries. 15years experience: in Oil & Gas, Fintech or Hospitality Services. Strong commercial experience: in one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Engineering, Hospitality, Agriculture, Media, or Security Services.
