Skilled in coordinating goods receiving and dispatch, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient storage procedures. Able to supervise operations effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards, reducing losses, and improving productivity. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in inventory and record-keeping systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and storage systems. Supervise warehouse/store staff activities. Monitor product quality and expiry dates where applicable. Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft through proper control measures. Coordinate the distribution and dispatch of products. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments. Prepare inventory and operational reports for management. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the warehouse / store. Implement company policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure proper arrangement and organization of stock items. Ensure timely replenishment of stock when necessary. Conduct regular stock taking and inventory audits. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods. Supervise daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
