We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Learning & Development Tech Professional Job Requisition ID: 750229WD Location: Lagos Job Description & Summary The Digital Learning professional promotes the role of technology tools in the context of learning and instructional design for all modes of learning delivery - classroom, online, virtual, etc. The position is responsible for managing the learning management system (Vantage/Cornerstone onDemand), creating and developing eLearns, animations, performing learning data analytics as well as multimedia production. The Digital Learning professional supports the Learning and Development Unit in a variety of ways to improve service delivery through the integration of technology in learning using best practices. Job Description Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert within the PwC organization. Act as Tier 2 support for learners needing support to access or complete courses. Develops and modifies high-impact graphics, videos and animations in a variety of applications including Vyond and/or Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, illustrator, Character animator, etc. Meets deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously. Tests functionality of eLearning materials for imperfections in layout, design, and programmed behaviors. Setup, extract, and troubleshoot LMS curriculum access, reports, course registrations, and course rosters. Develops or customizes eLearning in a variety of applications including Articulate Storyline and/or GOMO, Lectora, Captivate to satisfy internal client requirements: and instructional design needs. Support the development and delivery of hybrid in-person and online training programs. Contributes to a collaborative course development environment, working closely with others to understand and optimize eLearning design capabilities. Designs interactive modules for use in multiple eLearning situations to improve learner retention and ease of development. Facilitate the automation, standardisation, and optimisation of learning & development processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
