We are looking for an internal control and inventory officer to join our Ikeja team. Responsibilities: Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory Recording accurate inventory values in real time Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers Create accurate stock transfers where necessary Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices Crosschecking accuracy of purchase orders supplied Requirements: Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations. Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays. Work from the office 23 days a month Pay close attention to details Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
