Your Mission: Processor research & tracking: Support the Partnerships team in identifying, researching, and tracking potential payment processors and partners across assigned markets. Documentation & pipeline hygiene: Help maintain accurate, up-to-date records of processor status, documentation, and onboarding progress across our tracking systems. Communication support: Draft first-pass partner communications and follow-up emails under the guidance of a senior team member. Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with compliance, technical, and commercial teams to move partner onboarding steps forward and flag blockers early. Learning the business: Actively build your understanding of African payment rails, regulatory frameworks, and the competitive processor landscape; ask questions, shadowing senior specialists, and taking feedback seriously. Requirements: You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you have: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience; internships and NYSC placements count. Exposure to partnerships, business development, sales, operations, or a similarly client-facing function. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
