Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products Drive sales and achieve agreed monthly sales targets. Handle in-store and online sales through WhatsApp and social media. Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Identify opportunities to attract new customers and increase sales.
