Read more about this company People, Culture & Administration Associate Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 0 - 1 years Location Lagos Job Field Human Resources / HR The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused, with strong people and administrative skills, as well as passion for creating positive employee experiences and supporting a thriving workplace culture. The Associate will work closely with the People, Culture & Administration team and other cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle activities. The core responsibilities: include front desk management, enquiries, front desk calls, employee support, facility management support, general office administrations, hygiene and safety. Support with content for Humans of LEAP Africa social media page, also manage the training room, bookings and the social media page amongst others. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. 0–1 year experience: in administration, facilities management, office operations, people support, social media support, customer service, or a related role. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of inventory, vendor coordination, front desk support, and office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
