Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Sunhive's social media content calendar across relevant platforms. Create, curate and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos and stories. Write clear and engaging captions, copy and calls-to-action for digital campaigns. Manage and grow Sunhive's social media communities through consistent engagement. Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads. Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and respond professionally and promptly. Support campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enquiries, leads and customer engagement. Track social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve results. Research trends, competitors and audience interests to generate new content and campaign ideas. Work with the creative and other teams to develop content and execute marketing campaigns.
