Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in hybrid solar inverters and lithium iron phosphate (LiFe04) battery storage systems. Perform on-site and workshop repairs, including component-level troubleshooting and replacements. Repair or replace faulty inverters, battery modules, Battery Management Systems (BMS), wiring, breakers, and cooling systems. Conduct detailed system testing and performance verification after repairs. Respond promptly to customer repair requests, emergency breakdowns, and warranty claims.
