Process customer orders and payments accurately, maintain proper sales records, and ensure all transactions are handled in line with established procedures. Attend to customers professionally, understand their needs, provide product information, recommend suitable products, and promote ongoing offers and promotions. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales area; ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, stocked, and report low-stock, damaged, or missing items promptly. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, support stock-taking and inventory activities, and work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Minimum of OND / HND or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
