Read more about this company Lawyer(NYSC) Job Type Contract Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 1 - 2 years Location Abuja Job Field Graduate Jobs , Legal and Regulatory Salary Range ₦30,000 - ₦50,000/month Report To: Team Lead Location: Apo, Abuja Salary: N 50,000 Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to): Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel when required. Support the company in dispute resolution and litigation matters. Maintain and manage legal records and documentation. Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions. Provide legal support to internal departments on business-related matters. Requirement LL.B degree from a recognized institution. Called to the Nigerian Bar and in good standing. Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial laws. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Required Competencies: Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. High level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..
