The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience: in financial management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations. Process payments, invoices, receipts, and journal entries in a timely manner. Monitor cash flow and ensure effective treasury management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning. Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions, including PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, and other regulatory obligations. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation. Monitor expenditure to ensure compliance with approved budgets and company policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems). Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
