This role blends sales strategy, business development, client experience, and relationship management. You will be the face of Studio Surikudo to prospective and current clients, helping them unlock the full value. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients across multiple segments (brands, agencies, creators, corporates, etc.) Pitch Studio Surikudo’s services, studios, and creative solutions to prospective clients. Develop sales strategies and campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Actively generate leads through networking, social media engagement, studio tours, industry events, and direct outreach. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to clients' needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients. Build strong relationships that enhance loyalty, repeat business, and referrals. Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs. Gather client feedback and collaborate with production teams and leadership to improve service delivery. Resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Develop retention plans such as loyalty programs, exclusive studio offers, and curated client engagements. Support the design and execution of client growth strategies and promotional initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales and client satisfaction.
